WHAT can be returned?
Almost all products can be returned within the timeframes laid out below, however due to health & safety restrictions, any food type products (beverages, biscuits, confectionery etc.) can't be returned once they have been despatched from our warehouse. 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Products must be returned within 2 weeks of purchase.

HOW do customers return items?
Returns can be submitted via email: sales@greatalpineresources.com.au  Please ensure you quote your order number and product code/description in all correspondence.

SHIPPING for returns?
Unless products are deemed as faulty, all returns must be paid for by the customer.

CREDIT for returns?
Once your return has been authorised and returned, a refund will be provided to you via your original payment method.

Packing materials?
All returns must be in original packaging and in resalable condition, unless product is deemed faulty or defective.
